One of the major drawbacks of traditional window films is that they tend to act like mirrors. Our new Prestige Series has substantially reduced reflectivity. This premium line has interior reflectivity that is less than, or just I% greater than glass.

These films selectively reject up to 97% of the sun's infrared heat to help keep you comfortable and lower your energy bills. And unlike other films that can only achieve similar performance during the cool times of sunrise and sunset, these films improve throughout the day and especially durinthe hottest times when you need the help most. Comparedother window films, the Prestige Series has the highest increase in solar protection during the hottest times. So, when the sun is working hardest, our films are performing their best.

OUR THIN FILM GIVES YOU A WIDER MARGIN OF SAFETY

The strength of a film is not only dependent on its thickness. By using layer after layer of micro-thin polyester films, our film outperforms all other films of similar thickness. So while other films tear, ours merely stretches and, depending upon the application system, can help keep the window in the frame even when the glass breaks. And ours is the only 4-mil film that passes the 400 foot-pound impact level of ANSI Z97.1 Standard.i

Another advantage of our film is that it is bonded to the glass with advanced 3M adhesives. So when the glass breaks, the shards are held together by the film to reduce the chance of injury. And our UltraFlex Film System adds an advanced structural silicone adhesive that aggressively bonds the glass and film to the indow frame.

While no film can stop fading completely, our films dramatically slow the progress of fading.
